How to calc Border

I would like to determine the number of "Customers" for each "Location" which generate 10% or 35% of the total "Location" value?
It should be the "Customers" with the highest single "Values".
I also want to list these "Customers".

Here in Excel: 10% are in Green. I want the number of Customers an which they are in Qlik.
