Hello Guys,

I hope all is well.

I would like to send an email via qlikview desktop, whene date field of my data is equal to today()

it is configured in the server, i can send email test to my adress email

i created an alert, but how can i receive an email if the condition is true ??

Dumb question for starters, did you configure the mail server in the Desktop Client? This has to be done in Settings\User Preferences\Mail tab?

That would be my first thing to confirm here, as there will be no email if we have nowhere to send it. That is really the best I have at the moment.
