Conditional KPI Color

I have below KPI , its not changing color as per the conditions specified in the code

Text object prop-> Background -> color> calculated

Conditions: Display RED if % > 70 (default)

Display Red if % > 20 (when anything else is selected on the block chart)

May be this

if(GetSelectedCount(BLDG)=0 and num(sum(ROOMSIZE)/2400 , '#.0%')>=0.70,GREEN(), if(GetSelectedCount(BLDG)>=1 and num(sum(ROOMSIZE)/2400 , '#.0%')>=0.20,GREEN()))

Nazneen, did Sunny's post an example get you what you needed?
