hiding some options from toolbar in server

can anyone plzz tell how to remove some options from toolbar ..I need to keep only bookamrks related options like create bookmarks and add bookmark.so what can i do to remove all other options in toolbar from server.

In Settings > Document Properties > Security > Uncheck the items that are not required.
