How to create a function to capture the same customers who are having more than one policies

Dear Members,

As per the sample data, there are some customers who have more than one policies. Their names are same but some times the name are the same but what is typed is with out the Mr or Miss. When we need to select customers who fall in to that category (more than one policies), how this is done in front end as well as back end?

I apologies for not looking since long time on this. I've used this way of condition in list box

=If(Aggr(Count(NAME),NAME)>1, 'More than one', 'Only one')
