      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please, could anyone gove an advise to finde the silution for the task below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a two tables with different date type MM/DD/YYYY and MMMYYYY.&lt;BR /&gt;I need to create common table with correspondence between these tables data.&lt;BR /&gt;I suppose I need to convert&amp;nbsp;TargetDate to&amp;nbsp;MM/DD/YYYY . But I dont uderstent how to do it .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
