how to reflect data from multiple list box selections in straight table?

from the screenshot i have year,month ,day listboxes and a straight table.

now i want to filter data in straight table using selection from above three listboxes

but i am not able to select more than two selections of 3 available list boxes.

ex:if i am selection year as 2009,month as jan and day as 1(only two fields exist for such combination)

however,i am not able to pick more than two selections at a time.

please help on how to reflect data in straight table for all 3 selections?

it looks like you don't have the data for all the months.

Please use a Master Calendar to fill the gap.
