Importing excel files automatically

Hi everyone,

I´m finishing a project qlikview and I have to show all my sheets through of Qlikview Access Point. All works fine. Just one issue I left to resolve. I have many excel files and the idea is my Qlikview can make the connection automatically and read the fields. This excel files are downloading from a url page automatically too.

I don´t know if this can do it.

I hope you guys can help my with this.

Hi,

are all excelfiles in structure the same? Then you can load all of them by Load * From folder\*.xls

Hi, i don´t understand very well the issue, but you can use macros to resolve the connection of the excels files; but only if you use IE, because i think java and ajax doesn't support macros.

There are 12 excel files. they have some columns equals and some colums different. So i think I can not connect to one folder.
