if i want to fix column on expression that i always want result on the bases on that column where that column is added or not in table is this true expression or not

Aggr(rangemin(sum({<FO={'out'}>}claim),500),ID)

here i always wanted result on the bases of ID

issue is when i add another dimension instead of ID then value is changed.. where i want to get figure only on the bases of ID whether this dimension is added in table or not..
