    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;BR /&gt;A few questions: are you opening the same document with the same users in two different clients?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the user have a named cal?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the Desktop Client the same version as the server?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Enter a problem with QlikView Desktop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a problem with QlikView Desktop version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when we trying to open .qvw documents from the qlikview server we get the following error&amp;nbsp;"Server communication lost, closing documents" . this problem with all documents.
