Access point access in test server for users not working

Hi qlikss,

We have production which has publisher is working fine for users in access point. But we have a test server which don't have publisher.i have leased license from product ion server for development activities.

I have developed something in test server and providing access to users for validating my changes. I have provided them named call, doc call , still they are not able to access in access point.

What else I need to do to provide access.

Note: test server don't have publisher

You don't need a Publisher license to lease a license from a QVW. Leasing a license will consume a Named User CAL. Are you using a Test License in your test environment? If so, you won't be able to lease a license from it. Please take a look at the following article which will show you some good information and troubleshooting regarding the license lease feature:

Make sure that the end users have windows file access to the qvw files. Without the proper access the file won't show in access point either.
