Help required in creating the required chart using Pivot table

Can someone please help me out to develop the below chart which is shown in the excel. I have already prepared the one which is highlighted in yellow. Can you please help me out to prepare rest of the stuffs.

FYI, Monthly, Average and Comparison can be separate table. Measure which is there in the Average and Comparison table should work based on the date selection(So it should be dynamic).

Also this has been created based using the pivot table.

After that you'll be able easily offset sum() or avg() functions with Set Analysis:

I've rounded values so there a little difference with your xls.
