How to prepare a pivot table s per this Excel table format

Hi;

Dear all,

The attached excel table carry data for Month actual, Month budget , Month variance YTD Actual ,YTD Budget & YTD Variance. I can load this data & arrange the dimensions as under the description field. My requirement is to arrange the above expressions as in the given format in a pivot table. Can any body guide me as to how this could be achieved?.
