Sort order on month list box appears different for different users

Qlik UI Correct OrderingQlik UI Incorrect Ordering

Hi,

We have created a list box (button type) which holds fiscal months data sorted as ascending. We handled sorting in query like order by Fiscal Year, Fiscal month. The issue is the ordering of the month appears different for different users. Th behavior is random. Sometimes for few users, it doesn't appears sorted, but after few mins on refresh it appears sorted. But for few even after refresh it doesn't appears sorted. Could you please help me to resolve this issue as many users are disappointed coz of this behavior. We tried clearing cache, running on a different browser like Chrome and Edge apart from IE but in none it appeared as expected.

Please use the Sort Tab in each of the Objects and you may choose Load order in case you would want the sorting to apply as per the Script Load

Thanks for the solution.

I applied the solution, and tested with couple of users and for one user on second refresh, it appeared in ordering but not in fiscal month ordering.

It should appear in Fiscal month order as : Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep

But it appeared for that one user after second refresh as: May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr

Can you help why this issue appears randomly for one out of 6 users. Is there any other property that needs to be applied.

What would be most helpful at this point is screenshot of the object properties, in particular the Sort tab settings, so we can see exactly how you have configured things there, about the only way anyone is going to be able to offer other suggestions I believe, as there is not enough information provided otherwise.
