Make sure that the Can Execute External Programs option on the Settings tab of the script editor is enabled.

And are you sure there should be a '\' between 'del' and 'C:\Users....etc'?

“User Preference, Security, Script (Allow Database Write and Execute Statements)” be checked on
“Can Execute External Programs” is in script editor, belowthe code area ther is a 'configuration' tab where you can see this setting.
