When a Qlikview AMC commitment is not met, is there a pecuniary fine or service credit to compensate the client for the breach. If so, kindly elaborate on such instances.

Can you please elaborate on what you're looking for here? Are you asking about a data breach caused by Qlik software? I'm thinking you might want to take a look at Qlik's legal policies mentioned on www.qlik.com:
