How to convert the date format

Hi,

I am Princy Allwyn

I am just starting out with Qlikview. I have Date Field on that two types of dates are there. One is text format and another one is a numeric format now I want to convert the one format either text or numeric format. I tried Date(Date#(SubDate,'MM/DD/YYYY'),'DD-MMM-YYYY')AS Date, in this, it's showing only 2007 data. please respond as soon as possible

Try like:

 Date(Alt(SubDate,Date#(SubDate,'MM/DD/YYYY')),'DD-MMM-YYYY') AS Date

I tried it's not showing Date field.

Then it's probably date format issue, i.e. - the under laying date values are probably not how you see and explain. Could you share a sample app showing the issue?
