Ignoring specific dimension in AGGR function

Hello All, I am ignoring dimension Dim1 and Dim2.but my measure its is still reacting when i select those dimension .

count({<Dim1=,Dim2=>}aggr(if(round(
(Sum({1<Dim1={'CDIFF'},Dim1=,Dim2=>}Numerator)
/sum({1<Dim1={'CDIFF'},Dim1=,Dim2=>}Denominator)),0.0001)
