How to display group by value count in column wise using table data

I have some table data. i want distinct and count group by values in column wise.

How to do this..

Refer the sample data (pls. ignore the yellow highlighted rows. because it is duplicated .)

The challenge of the task is, column "Status" is always dynamic. So the count automatically change based on the status.

Currently we have "APPROVED,PENDING,REJECT AND ON_HOLD" Status. It will be dynamic. it may increase/decrease the values. like Status may also include NOT APPLICABLE. APPLICABLE,etc.

based on that the count should appear.

consider "Ref No" by is group column.

So the Final output would be as below.

count({<STATUS={'APPROVED'}>}DISTINCT STATUS)

can i get all the dynamic count..?
i want to get all the count group by material no..?
so my count would be
APPROVED= 2
PENDING=4
REJECT=1
ON_HOLD=0
etc....
