Update branch based on freez period selection

Hi Experts,

I have Agent details like below

Also have Agent branch information where agent may change. as below

Expecting results:

lets say Transaction Date , Agent and Freez period are filters.

Selected filters:

Transaction Date= 11/3/2018 , Agent = 222, Freez period= 3/2/2018

Expecting :

which means based on freez period selection, All sales of the Agent should go to the latest branch on that freez period.

Freez period= 3/2/2018 Looks no data available for the selection.

Please share sample data in a spreadsheet or in a sample app.
