How to reverse the Y axis in Line chart ?

I have a line chart as shown below,

How can we reverse the Y-axis, so that my values are shown as below, (Attached in the file for reference)

Try using a dual function and then this CURRENCY AND OTHER SYMBOLS ON THE Y-AXIS. For some reason, the y-axis thing isn't working for me. Can you check if it works for you?

It used to work at one point of time.... not sure what happened...
