Error: Failure when creating document directory ("The network path was not found.") and QMC is down

Hi Experts,

QMC is not opening. showing This page isn't working. HTTP ERROR 500. localhost is currently unable to handle this request.

All services are running properly.

In the logs I found the error:

Error: Failure when creating document directory ("The network path was not found.")

Can any one provide solution.

Try running manually on the server which hosts the QMC, it could be because the qvd files or any other files do not have a path properly specified
