Show relevant previous year in listbox

Hi All,

Need a help in creating a list box with relevant values based on the selection in the first listbox

Period
Load * inline
[
HK_2017_Q2
HK_2017_Q4
HK_2018_Q2
SG_2017_Q2
SG_2017_Q4
SG_2018_Q2
UK_2017_Q2
UK_2017_Q4
UK_2018_Q2
];

I want a listbox with Period to show the above data. And I need another listbox with
PreviousPeriod or other periods which show only period relevant to the current selected country. How can i do that?

Example 1

Period selection:HK_2018_Q2
Previous Period listbox possible selection should be:HK_2017_Q4, HK_2017_Q2
all other fields should be greyed in the listbox as they are not relevant

Thanks for the response. But the second listbox not allowing me to select anything.. All i want is to select a value in the first listbox and second listbox to show only the relevant values.
