Dropping Rows from Tables

I finished my Visualizations and i am asked to reduce the number of rows in the tables, randomly and not based on a specific criteria or clause.

Can anyone show how to reduce or delete the number of rows in a table without harming the tables connections and the visualizations?

Hi Mustafa,

The QlikView (or Sense) Document Analyzer shows which columns aren't used.

Dear Felip,

I have a saved application and i need to compromise it to a smaller .qvf as i need to send the first 100 record by email

Do you have an idea how can i load the first 100 record from the data load editor without using a script?
