Problem to open Qlikview files

Hello friends, my case is extremely rare since I was working very well but my laptop did short on the board and I sent it to technical service.
They repaired it, but after that I could not open my QVW files, I asked IT to format it and reinstall everything thinking about a solution and it did not work either.
When trying to open it, the little clock keeps turning and then says (not responding), and nothing happens.
Everything on my laptop is as before, however, it does not open it.

Somebody help me please?

Hi,
Could you please try :
1.Open Qlikview application, create a new qvw, save and then open it?
2.Open the same qvw in another computer?

A. If it allows me to create new files, but it does not let me open my old boards.

2.Open the same qvw in another computer?

A. I tried to open it on another computer and I could not.

This is the error:
