Show all dimensions in pivot table, filter sensitive

Hi all,

I have this example of data:

Table:
Load * inline
[
Month,Quarter,Data
1,Q1,111
1,Q3,11
2,Q2,2123
2,Q3,21
3,Q3,322
8,Q8,33
9,Q9,
10,Q10,
];

I want a pivot table as in the attached file showing all dimension values including those where Data is null.

Besides I want the table to be filter sensitive, so the solution of including a Dual+Dummy field in the expression is not feasible.

Please find this example attached.
