Group the column header in pivot table

How can I group my column header as below?

Can you try this.

add 'Qualtiy Situation'as a calculated dimension in a pivot table.

and drag the dimension on Top right.

Hi,

But I do not want to group "Started Month" and "Total Months".

I only want to group the variables after "Total Months".
