Qv12 Server - App Usage Logs

Hi I recently upgraded to QV12 (server).

Previously, in QV11 Server, document usage logs were being created. Now, however we can't locate these or especially when refreshing Qlikview Governance Dashboard.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks for your reply. I can't seem to decipher what I need to change to get the usage logs to continue to be generated as per QV11.

Have you experienced this?

From reading that post i get the impression that the logs are copied to the source QVW folder after the reload finishes. So there should be no change to the governance dashboard, unless i am misunderstanding.

Have you changed the settings.ini file as suggested? obliviously make a backup of the original file first!

You also have to restart the QV server service too. (i would also restart the distribution service also as that controls the reloads)

Are you asking about the Session logs, that track user sessions?

yes - QV seems to be adding a 'SessionID' code to the start of each row.....
