What should be Set Expression / Data Model for expected output ?

Hello Sirs ,

In continuation to existing problem for which i did not get any solution and being a newbie i am struggling to find .
Possible reason for it might be , that i failed to sharing simple data and outcome .

,Please help on data model . Not sure what to do get needed result
