Estimation - Prognose of future values

Hi all,

Can anybody help me or put me in the right direction.

I have attached a sample XLSX file with data.

i have calculated the profit for the last years/months

for the next months and also this month i want to make an estimation.

like this:

1. 10/2018 --> get profit from 10/2017

2. Multiply this by sum of profits from 09/2018-10/2017

3. Divide this by sum of profits from 09/2017-10/2016

for the next two months of this year 11 and 12/2018

i take the corresponding profit of 2017

but multiply and divide it with the same data as from 10/2018

or are there better solutions.
