QlikView AccessPoint Thumbnail no preview available

Hi all,

We are facing an issue in QlikView AccessPoint where all QVW thumbnails are showing "No Preview Available".

We have tried a few of the solutions suggested in other threads

Tried the following:

- Went to Settings -> Opening and selected the "Opening Sheet" option

- Saved in NON web view

- Created the parameter QvThumbnailCacheUpdateInterval = 1 in settings.ini file and restarted IIS and QlikView Server service

- Deleted browser cache

- Used IE and Chrome to access AccessPoint

All options so far is still showing the same output. We are using the below:

- QlikView 12

- Windows Server 2012 R2

- QlikView Enterprise Server without publisher and no cluster
