      <title>Not recognizing the license for the user</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a service account for NPrinting - I assigned a license to this account in the Management Console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I logged into the server with this user and I see that the license I assigned isn't working - When I am opening the QV application with webserver for this user it all loads successfully , but when I try to open an existing app with QV desktop right afterward it still shows "Personal edition" ( Shouldn't first opening through the web solve this? ) - Hence my NPrinting reports aren't loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few things worth mentioning:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I just migrated to QV 12.2 and using NPrinting 16.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Also&amp;nbsp; - our IT team recently enforced password changes for all users in the company ( we are loading users through Active Directory to QV ), although they claim that no changes were applied for the service accounts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to,solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gilad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
