When we are using the same license key for N-Printing Designer then it is showing error as <STRONG>"This License is for a different product".</STRONG> (Attaching screenshot for the same). <SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">Could anyone please guide me that do we need separate License key for N-Printing Designer? </SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"><BR /></SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">Also Cache status under Apps &gt; Connections is showing as </SPAN><STRONG style="font-size: 10pt;">"Never Generated"</STRONG><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"> and getting a popup on top of screen as </SPAN><STRONG style="font-size: 10pt;">"You must enable at least one engine before generating the connection cache". </STRONG><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">But Qlikview engine is showing as </SPAN><STRONG style="font-size: 10pt;">Enabled </STRONG><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">under <STRONG>Admin tab</STRONG> but status is showing </SPAN><STRONG style="font-size: 10pt;">Offline.&nbsp; </STRONG><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">How to change status as</SPAN><STRONG style="font-size: 10pt;"> Online </STRONG><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">of Qlikview engine? <STRONG>Edit Template</STRONG> option is also not visible under Reports Tab.
