QlikView does not print via Citrix

if we print in QlikView we receive this error on the citrix server:

It is no problem to print a test page using the Internet Explorer published via Citrix. The failure only occurs when the print command is handled by qlikview.The faiure occurs on several clients.

We use a Presentation Server 4.0, the Client comes with XP SP3.

Any ideas?
