Different Charts in Straight table

I have a data source as attached.

I need to display the output as shown in the straight table.png image

I have used Budget in linear chart and status in traffic light chart.

My need is :

I have a month as one dimension which must show the value month wise in each column as shown in image.

You can use pivot table and drag the dimension as cross table.

Else if you want it to be in straight table means, you can check by doing a cross table load in script and transpose the month dimension as a work around.

In that case you might have to write separate expression for each month.
