Hi All,

I have a requirement like,

I have all excel file paths, in a list box I need excel file paths and when you click that path it will open viewable mode.

is there a way to do this please guide me.

HI Gopi,

What you need to do is create a text object. You then go to Properties and go to Actions, you then add the action relevant to the URL links.

Thanks for the reply,

Here I have 100 of files so text object solution does not solve my problem,

and I got a solution for this like,

in expression write like url&'<url>'&url

here url is field name which is having excel file paths

After that should be changed expression representation type as a link.

the above process I was did. but the problem is it doesn't run access point, how can achieve that?

create an adhoc report..

for example:

if you having a excel file a,b,c,d fields

give the condition to activate and pick the fields when you clicked.
