Hi guys,

Quick question; would Restarting Qlikview Management Service affect document reloads currently executing?

I'm not sure but I think the current reloads aren't touched but there might be dependencies to further triggers like OnSuccess or OnFailure to this task and maybe even by scheduled or EDX tasks.

Usually such restarts aren't necessary and if the service didn't work properly anymore there would be no real alternatively to a restart.

Thanks Marcus. On our QMC we couldn't edit current tasks. Wasn't sure if reloads would be affected if we restarted the management service.

Luckily restarting the service had no impact on current reloads.
