Do not Display object if not an option

Hello Community.

I have created buttons that display different types of tables based on available selections from a dimension.

I would like to have them show/hide based on whether the information they display in their chart is available or not.

For example:

Dimension: Products (Bikes, Scooters, Mopeds, Street cruisers)

12 months of the year (Jan, Feb...Dec) are all buttons showing tabular information. If no sales occurred in July of the selected year, I would like the July button to not show.

Any assistance provided will be greatly appreciated.

In your button object properties go to Layout tab - Check conditional Radio button and add the expression in all the buttons of your Months. Like check below:

Thanks for that Vishawarath. But any way to make it dynamic? Say 2015 it was a different month (say July) so we want July to be hidden when the user selects 2015 and so forth.

The example i gave works for all so just have to use this in all the 12 Month buttons by changing the set analysis with that respective months, it should automatically hide and show. Did you try?

Yes I tried it and my buttons were dissapearing for months where there was sales
