      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for drop down option in straight table wherein I need user input as "Yes" and "No" in each line after checking the respective columns in straight table, and the field name will be "Fraud".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Param&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
