button to select multiple fields

im looking for a way to allow the user to select a date range by simply clicking on a button, instead of holding the control key down and making multiple selections.

For example, when a user wants the information on a certain month, he clicks on buttons labeled Jan, Feb, Mar,... ,Dec. So when he clicks on "June" all the date values like 6/1/2009, 6,10,2009, etc must all be selected.

Any ideas on how this can be done?

In the tabel, where you have information about the date, justa add a field like Month("Date Field") as Month, and then you can also add Year("Date Field") etc.

Then you just add those selection fields to the sheet.
