Customer IN and OUT Scenario

Hi All,

I'm having Date and UserID's as Seen Below

I need to find the New Users who were signing IN (UserIN) and Existing Customers who were Deactivating the Account (UserOUT) on a particular day as seen in the image below

Please Note that;

User IN chart has only new User which is not available in yesterday and available in today.

User OUT chart has only the User which is not available today and it was available yesterday.

Have an eye on the UserID - 124, who is coming in on 11-01-2018 ,getting out on that day itself and coming again in 13-01-2018.
