Display field criteria based on identifiers

Hi,

I'm sorry to ask what I'm sure is a simple question but I cant seem to get my brain in gear to resolve it.

I have some data (attached example) that has various fields and I want to show the difference between certain cycles of data based on certain criteria. I can get it to show it divided by the cycle but not by the criteria.

But instead of the 'Yes', 'No' etc I want it as PDSA Cycle 1, 2, etc and total count of each cycle.

Does that make sense?

I've tried a couple of things and I feel im close but not quite getting it: Count({<[Did the pt go to FAS]={"Yes"}>}{<PDSA={"1"}>}[Did the pt go to FAS])
