It is adding all of the records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e.g. Jef with an urgency of Medium &amp;amp;risk Factor High should be 8 but it is 22.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried a RangeCount instead but this also did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
