compare fact table with mutation table

I have loaded 2 tables:

facts:

Key, Value

A , 10

B, 20

C, 30

Mutation

Key, Value

B, 5

Facts table contains in real 100mil records

I want a pivot showing:

Dim, Sum(Value)

A, 10

B, 5

C, 30

What is the fasted way to eliminate B = 20?

B should be not counted in the facts, because B exists in the mutation table

I don't want to solve this in the load script with joining or keep. because loading a 100mil records qvd for 1 mutation records is slow
