Common User Access to same document

Hello,

I have a case where we have a document with general information (ex. Inventory) which requires a number of users to access from different locations simultaneously. how can we configure a common user for all users to access at the same time? would a Session license help at this case ?

A Session license is just for one user at a time, but the identity of that user is not important. If you need concurrent access for a maximum of 10 users, you'll need 10 Session licenses. Costwise, a Document CAL may be better suited for limited numbers of users. They can all access that document at the same time.
