IF the below (in red) is the case, will it effect the installation on Qlikvew 12 server?

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 - OK

Intel Core 2 Duo or higher recommended – XEON 6 Core - OK

4 GB RAM - 32GB on Portia - OK

Disk space – 69GB free on C:, 125GB free on E: -OK

Microsoft Internet Explorer 11** - OK

Microsoft IIS 7, 7.5, 8 or 8.5 – No IIS

SQL Server 2005, 2008 or 2012 – No SQL

Microsoft Office 2010 is installed, as well as Visual Studio Tools for Office 2010.

if i remember, yes you need it

but if you try to install without it , i think you will have a message asking you to install it

IIS ans SQL Server are not required unless you explicitely use them
