Error starting QVConnect Process: oracle

Hello Everyone,

I have an error message. See enclosed. It occurred after click in create new connection -> Oracle -> Enter credentials, port, service name etc. When I clicked "test connection" I get a successful connection. Excellent. However when I click "CREATE" the error message occurred. Any thoughts?

I use oracleSQL developer with the credentias and I can see data of interest folders (synonyms)

I use:

Qlik sense desktop (2018 release)

Oracle SQL developer

Client 11g isntalled

Hi Folks

Are there any thoughts on this topic? Any Qlik architect engineers or Qlik guru that might have an idea on what the error means? Is it a Qlik bug?

I have a question Did you need to restart the Qlik or Windows services?
