topic How to export Line Chart data to Excel in readable format in QlikView

Hi,

when I use export of a line chart showing 2 or more lines to clipboard/send-to-excel or other means my new table in excel is structured in a way I cannot easily rebuild the graph in excel. The reason is that the Qlikview export always export the x-axis data in one column and all y-axis data in one column.

How can I export the chart data that data from each line is exported to a separate column? Is this a matter of configuring in Qlikview or do I need makros?

I attached an example of the way data is exported to excel and the way I would need data in excel. Example taken from graph of one of the demo applications.

I greatly appreciate suggestions. Thanks,

Claude

[View:http://community.qlik.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/CommunityServer.Discussions.Components.Files/11/0451.Chart_5F00_Export.xls:550:0]
