Section Access issue

Hi Experts,

I was facing one issue in Section access.

we have 2 types of access Portfolio Managers and CRM's, earlier it was working fine all users able to access in Access Point.

i don't know what happens one use not able to Access Dashboard.

Getting below error.

Failed to open document. You don't have access to this document 19.

I did Unchecked Strict Exclusion,
Document Properties --> Opening Tab --> Unchecked Strict Exclusion, working fine.

what was the issue, but earlier working fine.

Please can you let me know.....
