How to track wild entries of field values which are comma separated , based on another comma separated field values ?

Hi All ,

How to tracking wild entries of field values which are comma separated , based on another comma separated field values ?

I know this will require subfield function , but i am not really sure about ways to get it done .

Area	Date	Persons_Present_on_Venue1	Persons_who_made_to_Venue2	Group
A1	12/12/2017	Zena,Tom,Kushal	Tom	Alpha
A1	12/12/2017	Tanisha,Bibo,Laura,Sandy	Tanisha,Bibo	Beta

Note : Anusha is wild entry because it is not present in column Persons_Present_on_Venue1

same goes for Franklin and Vaibhab
